RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for your purchase and we hope you are delighted with your order. If, however you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our returns policy.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked withing fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all original product packaging and box sleeves.
Returns Process
To return an item, please email customer service at bonjour@bokki.co.uk. We may be able to help with any issues regarding your order. If not we can provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original postal packaging with the return form provided.
Please ensure you do not attach any postal stickers to the black inner gift box containing your tapestry kit, (or the tea towel packaging) as damaging the gift box, makes it unsaleable, cancelling your right to a refund.

Please note, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable and insured service to mail your return.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item/s, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
